The  Foundation (RRCF) will NOT be accepting applications for scholarships for the academic year commencing in September 2026.  Students currently holding scholarships will continue to be eligible for scholarship renewal once they meet the academic performance and other requirements currently in effect.

Welcome to the RRCF online Scholarship Application system.

To be considered for a scholarship, you must submit your application between January 1 and May 31. 

Please ensure you have the supporting document information outlined on the Eligibility and Application Rules page of this website. You will be required to upload two PDF documents  (1) a  certified copy of your present academic record  and (2) confirmation of acceptance at the institute where you plan to study.  All other required information can be input directly into the fields of the below online application form.
